Privacy Policy

Effective 19 October 2026.

This policy covers knockoutpestcontroljacksonville.com, operated by Knockout Pest Elimination, Inc., 3491 Pall Mall Dr, Suite 203, Jacksonville, FL 32257, (904) 842-3663. It describes what the site collects and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to cover us.

What our forms collect

The forms on this site ask for your name, phone number, and either an email address or a ZIP code depending on which form you use. You also pick the pest or service you need, and there is an optional message box. Nothing on the form is collected that you do not type in, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to arrange a visit. Your phone number and email address are used to answer your enquiry and to schedule the inspection or service you asked about. We do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission.

What happens to a submission

It is emailed to our office and stored on our own server so we can find it again. We keep enquiries until you ask us to delete them. Submissions our spam filters reject are stored too — so that a real customer wrongly filtered can be found and answered — and those are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Who else sees it

Our email is handled by Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which is how the message reaches our inbox. Other than that, we do not share, rent or sell your information to anyone. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and third-party services

Two Google services run on this site:

• reCAPTCHA protects the forms from automated abuse. Google collects information about your interaction with the site in order to tell a person from a bot. Its use is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms.
• Google Analytics (GA4) tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether they called or sent a form. It sets cookies in your browser. Our Analytics property is linked to Google Ads so we can see which adverts lead to enquiries.

We do not run advertising pixels from any other company on this site.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally either way, though the forms need reCAPTCHA to load in order to send.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records requests: the IP address, the page asked for, the browser’s user-agent string and the referring page. These logs are kept for about ten days and then overwritten. They are used to keep the site up and to see what is attacking it.

Children

This site is for people arranging pest control for a property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

How to see or delete what we hold

Email pestfreejax@gmail.com and ask. Tell us the phone number or email address you used so we can find the record. We will delete it and confirm when it is done. You can also call (904) 842-3663.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of the page.
